SERVICES 

MEDICAL/MEDICATION ASSISTANCE

We can assist clients with co-pay assistance for necessary prescribed medications, Referrals to care services such as homecare, provider services and live-in care help and referrals to Primary care physicians in their communities. 

ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE/MD REFERRAL SERVICES

We will assist client to find and select primary care physicians and or Specialists in the communities as needed.

ADL ASSISTANCE

We will contract with local agency providers to assist clients that need help with activities of daily living if they qualify. 

UTILITY ASSISTANCE

When possible, we can assist clients with partial payments of utility bills that are in danger of service being interrupted. 

FOOD

We will offer food vouchers to neighborhood grocery stores to purchase needed supplies.

TRANSPORTATION

Clients will be provided transportation to medical appointments or other necessary errands on a case by case basis. 

SOCIAL SERVICES

We will make referrals to other social service agencies in the city and assist clients to navigate the resources; such as application for housing choice voucher formerly known as section 8. Application to receive supplemental nutrition assistance program formerly known as food stamps, Referrals to obtain Metro lift and any other services the client might need and qualify for.

ASSISTANCE COMPLETING ADVANCED DIRECTIVES

Our staff will assist the client in completing most advanced directives forms including medical power of attorney for healthcare, consent for medical treatments, etc.

NATURAL HOLISTIC HEALTH SERVICES

When requested we will refer clients to local certified holistic health practitioners. 

INTERNATIONAL MISSION

This mission will focus attention and assistance to women in developing countries and economies. We will offer small business grants to qualifying female applicants to start a new or support an existing business. We will offer training, business classes, and computer literacy classes.
